David M. Wojeski, CPA

Dave Wojeski is the founder and Managing Director of Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C. Dave’s expertise is in advising closely held companies on strategic planning, transaction structure and merger and acquisition strategies.  Dave has been involved in numerous transactions both as an advisor and as an entrepreneur.

Dave graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and worked for several years at the Big Four firm of Ernst & Young.  He is a registered CPA in the state of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. 

Matthew Lindemann, CPA, CFE, FCPA

Since 1990, Matt has accumulated extensive experience in audit and attest services in various industries such as government, not-for-profit organizations, credit unions and other commercial entities.  He is the firm's senior audit partner and has responsibility for designing, implementing and monitoring the firm’s quality assurance plan to ensure compliance with quality standards set by the AICPA. 

Matt holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY.  He is a registered CPA in the State of New York, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Forensic Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NYS Society of CPAs, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Government Accountants.

Angela F. Colvin, CPA

Angela has worked in the accounting and auditing profession since 1987.  She has provided tax and management advisory services for a diverse client base. She specializes in managing financial statement engagements of not-for-profit entities, employee benefit plans, construction contractors and other commercial entities.

Angela holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany and is a registered CPA in the State of New York.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NYS Society of CPAs and Association of Government Accountants and the Construction Financial Management Association.
