David M. Wojeski, CPA
Dave Wojeski is the founder and Managing Director of Wojeski & Company CPAs. Prior to founding his eponymous firm, Dave worked for a “Big Four” accounting firm. Dave has substantial experience in advising closely held companies on strategic and tax planning, corporate structure, mergers, acquisitions and equity related strategies. Dave has represented buyers, sellers, and private equity firms and has been involved in numerous transactions both as an advisor and as an entrepreneur. He is also a founding partner in Valuation Resource Group, LLC and has been involved in the valuation of hundreds of businesses.
Dave graduated summa cum laude with a B. S. degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a registered CPA in the state of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the NYS Society of CPAs, and was a founding member of the Albany chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization where he still serves on the Board of Directors.
Thomas O'Donnell, CPA
Tom has been with Wojeski & Company CPAs since January, 2006 and has over 30 years of accounting and auditing experience. Previously, Tom was employed with a "Big Four" accounting firm for over ten years where he specialized in audits of financial institutions and commercial entities. Tom has also sat on the other side of the desk as a controller for a private company with sales of $150 million and as a Director of Internal Audit of an Albany area public company with the responsibilities of helping the company perform procedures to assess the effectiveness of its internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Tom graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from the College of St. Rose and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Association of Credit Union Internal Auditors (ACUIA).
Frank Ferrucci, CPA
Frank Ferrucci joined Wojeski & Company CPAs in 2005, after beginning his career with one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. Frank manages client accounts within the Firm’s audit and attestation practice and has expertise in many industries including credit unions, not-for-profit organizations, and commercial businesses. Frank also has extensive experience in performing audits of employee benefit plans. Frank takes the lead role in ensuring that the Firm’s high-quality standards are maintained, which also includes oversight of the Firm’s peer review process.
Frank is a cum laude graduate of Le Moyne College and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. He is a graduate of the Leadership Institute of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Frank is active in industry and community organizations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is a past president and current board member of the Northeast Chapter of the NYSSCPA. Frank also serves as a community member on the Audit Committee of the Niskayuna Central School District.

Kevin Kelly joined Wojeski & Company CPAs in 2014 as a Senior Accountant and rose steadily through the ranks before being elevated to Partner on July 1, 2022. Previously, Kevin was employed at a top 25 U.S. forward-thinking, technology-driven advisory and accounting firm. With his tax expertise, selfless dedication to client service, and demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with his colleagues, Kevin is an integral part of the firm’s success. Kevin has overseen the tax compliance function for several publicly traded companies headquartered in the Capital Region and served on the transition team to help guide the acquisition of accounting firm DeChants, Fuglein & Johnson LLP.
Kevin graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from Kean University and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
